Facility Rental Fees are for a five hour event and include tables, modern molded white chairs, furnishings., staffing, and cleaning. Vendors can arrive up to four hours prior to the event for setup and have an hour after event for clean up. Onsite parking is included.

An additional fee for guest counts above 150 and security may be required.
