Our inspiration comes from our Oregon Trail forefathers, who we can only assume could’ve used a nice glass of wine at the end of the day. They enjoyed the finer things in life (they landed here, after all), but they were never pretentious about it (you’ve gotta be somewhat low-key when you’re in a covered wagon for a few months). Fast-forward to modern times, and we think they would’ve loved the boutique flavor of Kimpton Hotel Vintage, where we do things a little differently. Be social at our lobby wine tastings or in our game room, then retreat into your own cocoon of comfort, with curated bottles of wine, oak-headboard beds, and a red couch that begs for lounging time. When you’re ready to go out, you’re in the epicenter of it all, just steps from Pioneer Courthouse Square in downtown Portland.
